Performance & Use Case
The SRAM Force E1 Flattop Chain is SRAM’s Force-tier 12/13-speed chain for the AXS road drivetrain family. The Flattop profile – SRAM’s proprietary 12/13-speed chain shape – creates a quieter, longer-lasting chain than conventional chain profiles.

Construction & Materials
Flattop profile – the upper section of each chain plate is flat rather than profiled, creating a different load-bearing geometry that SRAM claims extends chain life and reduces noise. Force-tier construction. PowerLock quick connector included for tool-free installation.

Compatibility & Variants
Compatible with SRAM AXS 12-speed road drivetrains (Red, Force, Rival) and SRAM 13-speed XPLR. NOT compatible with standard 12-speed drivetrains – the Flattop profile requires a Flattop-compatible cassette and chainset. Available in 114-link (road) and 126-link (gravel/long-chain) lengths – select the link count that matches your drivetrain.
