Continental’s new Gator Hardshell Duraskin Folding Clincher Tyre takes cues from their popular Gatorskin modeland upgrades it. The triple layer polyamide Hardshell casing provides a puncture resilient base and is topped by a bead-to-bead Duraskin layer for all-round cut protection that extends across the sidewalls. An extra-wide Poly-X breaker belt adds another layer of defence against thorns and flint commonly encountered on challenging winter rides. The carbon-reinforced rubber tread compound completes this hardy tyre by providing grip in all conditions, reducing rolling resistance and granting extended durability over harsh, cold and wet road surfaces.
