The combination of fast and slow-release carbohydrates from ingredients with a range of glycaemic indexes ensure you get that much needed instant boost of energy, whilst also helping to sustain your efforts. Each bar supplies you with 45 grams of carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin and glucose syrup in a 2:1 ratio.

A constituent of ATP, Ribose is used by the cells as an energy source and helps to speed up recovery times, resulting in less fatigue, and after a tough session, you will be able to get back to training sooner.

Each bar is low in fat and easily digested, so it can be ingested before, during and after exercise. The bars are moist, soft and chewy, making them easy to eat while on the go, and they taste delicious.
