Performance & Use Case
Pirelli’s Scorpion Tubeless Sealant is specifically formulated for gravel, MTB and urban riding – environments where contamination is constant and rim-friendliness matters. Reliable protection against flats and air leaks across a wide temperature range.

Formulation
The ammonia-free formula prevents the rim corrosion that can be caused by ammonia-containing sealants. Latex-free and protein-free, reducing the risk of allergic reactions during installation. Leaves no sticky residue inside the tyre, making future re-sealing or tyre changes cleaner. Operating range: -20°C to 70°C and 15 to 100psi. CO2 compatible for emergency trail-side repairs only – prolonged CO2 exposure can affect the formula.

Application & Variants
Apply through Presta valve or direct to tyre. Available in two volumes: 240ml (a pair of gravel/MTB wheels) and 1L (workshop or fleet use). Select the volume that matches your wheel count and top-up frequency.
